LONE ELM SALES, INC. began as a cheese factory operation in Oshkosh / Fond du Lac area of Wisconsin. Glen Dedow, as a licensed cheesemaker, solicited area pizza restaurants as outlets for his cheese. In 1978, Glen sold Lone Elm Sales Cheese Factory and started LONE ELM SALES, INC.

Through the ensuing years, he and his employees added additional pizza supply items until full line status was achieved.

Lone Elm's market has increased both in number of customers and in geographic girth. Our main sales area is south to Chicago, west to Minneapolis, north to Duluth, and east to the Lake Michigan area.

In 1986, Glen purchased Lone Elm Trucking. He started out with 2 trucks delivering product to his customers. Today we have 14 semitractors and trailers. Lone Elm Trucking also has their own group of customers, hauling product to their customers.

Unfortunately, June 2, 2011, we lost Glen Dedow. His legacy still lives on through his son, Matt Dedow, and his employees.
